Customer Service Call Center

We are looking for highly detail-oriented, organized applicants for our call center team. If this is you, keep reading!

This is a FULL-TIME position for our first-line customer service call center team, Monday-Friday 8:25 am - 5:00 pm in Richardson, Texas. 

Punctuality and reliability are a must.

Must have great verbal and conversational skills and meet high customer service standards. To be successful and succeed you must be able to work under high pressure, have great analytical skills, and a friendly attitude.

Bilingual applicants preferred.

Daily duties include, but not limited to:

  • Answering phones and resolving patient/caregiver concerns;

  • Researching customer account notes to resolve problems;

  • Determine and confirm delivery schedules;

  • Respond to patient/caregiver needs (ship out supplies);

  • Reach out to patients/caregivers on a monthly basis to determine their supply and equipment needs.

  • Works closely with our clinicians and care coordinators.

 

Qualifications:

  • Call center experience preferred

  • Bilingual applicants preferred

  • Knowledge of medical terminology

  • Knowledge of insurance carriers, particularly Medicaid and MCO's is a plus

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Detailed and capable of multi-tasking

  • Bilingual skills preferred
