Program Features:
Registered Dietitian (RD): Provides ongoing clinical support to our customers with in-home nutrition assessments, nutrition recommendations for physicians, and collaboration of nutrition information will all physicians caring for the patient. Acts as the liason between the medical staff and the patient to ensure continuity of care.
Registered Nurse (RN): Provides collaboration on physician orders, assistance with information for required letters of medical necessities, and provides clinical expertise and guidance for nutrition plan-of-care for patients.
Training: Provided on all our feeding pumps and enteral nutrition supplies.
Skilled Nutrition Team: Works with healthcare professionals to address specific patient needs.
