Our organization of 130+ employees specializes in providing services to medically fragile pediatric patients. We have multiple locations throughout the state. Current openings are available at our headquarters conveniently located in Richardson, TX.

 

As an industry leader for over 20 years with unprecedented growth and expansion, we need to add to our team of knowledgeable Medical Claims Reimbursement Specialists. We have several openings for Claims Examiners and Supervisors with experience in interpreting Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), determining underpayments, filing reconsiderations and appeals with various government and commercial payers, and other claim related duties. Qualified candidates should have a working knowledge of the following:

  • Ability to interpret an Explanation of Benefits and basic denial codes.

  • Ability to correctly identify the cause of the denial and respond accordingly.

  • Basic knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, MCO, and Commercial Insurance claims filing requirements.

  • Organizational and computer skills are necessary.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

  • Possess analytical skills, focus, and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable with performance metrics and meeting team goals as well as individual ones.

  • Experience with Brightree software, DME, or pediatrics is considered a plus, but not necessary.
