This is a full time position Monday- Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm, located in Richardson Texas. Overtime may occasionally be required.

Daily duties include, but not limited to:

• Completing patient authorization renewal process including verifying insurance

• Communicating with patients, insurance carriers and physician’s offices

• Completing submission and/or follow up on any required documents/forms

• Completing submission and/or follow up on pre-certification and/or pre-authorization

• Assisting with answering phones and updating patients on anything related to their accounts

Qualifications:

• Brightree experience preferred.

• DME experience preferred and respiratory and enteral supplies and equipment a plus

• Excellent problem-solving skills required

• Detailed and capable of multi-tasking required

• Competence and knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

• Knowledge of insurance carriers, particularly Medicaid and MCO’s is a plus

• Bilingual is a plus
